Tone Zone Power Plate Personal Training Studio is now under new management.  With over 10 years experience in the fitness industry, both have an abundance of knowledge in different areas.  These include aerobics, pilates, cardio, circuit work, boxing, rehabilitation and stretch,which offers you a variety of experience and satisfaction that you know you will be looked after.  Both of these ladies are registered with Fitness Australia and want you to come and see them at the studio.  

Ashlea Meredith and Kasey Tydd  from Tone Zone in Noosaville, state that  it is very important to exercise and build functional strength if you are over 40.
